CCS Honor Coaches
The Central Coast Section honors one coach per year, in each sport, for his or her contribution to that sport in the CCS. The Central Coast Section has over 150 member schools. The nominees must have coached for a minimum of five years in their sport, and the criteria for consideration includes:
- Outstanding coaching accomplishments
- Additional contributions to school and community
- Being a role model and inspiration to athletes, coaches, teachers, administrators, parents, and the public
