The Bob Enzweiler Award

SCCAL Track & Field

Bob started teaching and coaching at Harbor High School when it opened in 1968. He coached Basketball and Track & Field, but Track was his first love. He retired as a teacher in 1991, but continued to coach Track until his passing in 1996. He also served as Harbor’s Athletic Director for 8 years.

Bob loved high school athletics and coaching high school athletes, and he treated them as family. He was an icon in the community, and Harbor named its stadium after him.

This award is given to the male and the female Track & Field athlete who score the most individual points at the SCCAL Track & Field Championships. It was established in 1997.
